Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the Acquivex inquiry website collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information.
Effective date: November 1, 2026
1. Who operates this website
Acquivex is a business name used by Michael Trent Edmond, a California sole proprietor. In this policy, “Acquivex,” “we,” and “us” refer to Michael Trent Edmond operating under the Acquivex name. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].
2. Information we collect
We collect information you submit directly, including your name, email address, optional phone number, property address and characteristics, relationship to a property, desired timing, investor markets and acquisition criteria, company name, and free-text messages. We also record a submission time, consent version, unique reference, inquiry status, and notification status. Cloudflare may process IP address, browser, device, network, and security information needed to deliver the website and operate Turnstile. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or payment information, government identification, passwords, or other highly sensitive records through these forms.
3. How we use information
We use information to receive and respond to inquiries, evaluate potential property or investor fit, communicate about the specific inquiry, conduct appropriate diligence, maintain business and security records, troubleshoot the service, prevent spam or misuse, and comply with law. Form consent does not authorize unrelated promotional email or text campaigns.
4. How we disclose information
Cloudflare processes information for website hosting, D1 database storage, security, and Turnstile verification. Resend processes the sender and recipient details needed to deliver minimal new-inquiry alerts; those alerts contain only the inquiry category and reference, not the form’s property or contact details. We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers and service providers working for us, to parties involved in a potential transaction when appropriate and authorized, or when required to protect rights, safety, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not publish inquiry submissions.
5. Cookies, analytics, and browser signals
The site does not intentionally use advertising pixels or behavioral analytics. Cloudflare and Turnstile may use technical cookies or similar signals for security and service delivery. Because Acquivex does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, the site does not currently respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals. We will update this disclosure before adding practices that require a different response.
6. Retention
We review website inquiry database records monthly and delete them after 24 months from submission unless a shorter period is appropriate. A record may be kept longer when reasonably necessary for an active transaction or continuing relationship, a legal obligation, fraud or security prevention, establishment or defense of legal claims, or a dispute. Related contracts, transaction files, and business correspondence may follow different legally required or operational retention periods.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information by emailing [email protected]. We may need reasonable information to verify the request and match it to a record. We will respond as required by applicable law and may retain information where a legal exception applies. Applicable law may provide additional rights, and exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.
8. Security
Controls include HTTPS, server-side validation, Turnstile verification, restricted database access, source-host checks, and minimal notification content. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Children
This business-to-business and real-estate inquiry site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the forms.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as practices or legal requirements change. The published policy will show its effective date, and material changes will be posted on this page.
